Revolutionary War Monuments and Gravemarkers

These grave stones are located in one of the oldest churches in Bergen County known in Hackensack as "The Church on the Green", right across the street from the Bergen County Court House located in Hackensack, New Jersey.  The grave stone markers are just about impossible to make out names and dates, but they have been marked with a Revolutionary marker, as men who have served during the Revolutionary War.  Even these metal markers have become worn, rusted, and I am sure some have been lost over time, but this does not diminish the service these men preformed in creating the
United States of America.

Let us never forget their sacrifice, no matter how old their stones may get.
